Aaron is published on a range of topics including coaching, engagement, employer branding, and surveys, and is an instructor with UC Irvine, Brandman (Chapman) and Webster Universities.

Aaron has a doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, a Master's in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University Long Beach, and a Bachelor's from University of California, Irvine. Aaron lives in California with his wife and two children.
